RETIGO Blue Vision is the most advanced generation of RETIGO Vision combi ovens. Individual combi ovens are designed to provide all a demanding user needs. It is operated via the 8″ control panel, which provides easy access to all key and special functions. All basic versions include an automatic cleaning system, Easy Cooking, a flap valve, and a six-point temperature core probe.

The Retigo Vision 623 combi oven is perfect for enterprises that serve up to 50 meals per day. The gastronorm container dimensions are GN 2/3 (354×325 mm). These combi ovens can be set on a normal stand, a wall-mounted console, or directly on a table. The steam generation system is purely injection-based. The heat source is electricity.
