Retigo UK’s annual Beer Day was back with a bang at the Theatre of Dreams last week.
We welcomed guests to the home of Manchester United, Old Trafford, starting the day with breakfast and networking. It was a great opportunity for everyone to catch up and get the conversation flowing before the day's activities kicked off.
Great feedback for the Retigo Evolution range
Launched in April and now available for purchase in the UK, the new Retigo Evolution range has made a strong impression.
During our Partner’s Meeting we received some fantastic feedback from distributors and chefs on the quality and performance of the new ovens. It was wonderful to hear such positive responses directly from the industry!
During the morning session we also heard from Retigo Managing Director Norbert Pelc, alongside The Mad Chef, and celebrated the Retigo UK Awards. The full list of winners can be found below.

Afternoon Beer Day activities
There was plenty of good food, great company and conversations throughout the afternoon at Old Trafford!
Martin Macourek from the Czech Beer Alliance shared his passion for Czech beer, introduced us to some fantastic beers and held a beer pouring masterclass whilst guests enjoyed chicken Kiev served with French peas and Parmentier potatoes.
Duck the Beat Entertainment brought the energy and wowed guests with their fabulous outfits and performances while guests had the chance to get a closer look at the Retigo ovens. It was great to see everyone enjoying the afternoon.
Bringing the soundtrack to the afternoon was saxophonist Radim Nowak, who provided the live music, adding to the atmosphere of the day.
The food continued to flow from the Retigo chefs and The Mad Chef, busily serving up more fantastic dishes, including chicken curry with naan, five-bean chilli with rice, and pork schnitzel with Lyonnaise potatoes. Nobody goes hungry at a Retigo event!
A little surprise for our guests
We treated everyone to a behind-the-scenes stadium tour of Old Trafford, giving guests the chance to explore one of football's most iconic venues! One lucky guest even won 2x match tickets for the Manchester United v. Bournemouth game on Sunday 25th October.
The day rounded off with speeches from Retigo UK Managing Director, Aneta Juroskova and David Frous, Consul General of the Czech Republic in Manchester.
