Retigo regenerators are designed
for re-heating of chilled meals and for cooking of meals which do
not require temperatures over 140°c. Teamed with a Retigo steam
convection oven it provides the ideal combination for the cooking,
holding and re-heating of prepared meals.
Depending on the types of food you're
cooking, you can set the temperature anywhere from 30°c to 140°c.
It is also possible to control the moisture inside the cooking chamber,
from 0 to 100%
