RETIGO produces holding cabinets 10 x GN1/1, which have capacity up to 300 meals. Holding cabinets are available in two models either with steam or without steam. Any RETIGO holding cabinet can be used in set with RETIGO steam convection oven size 6 x GN1/1. If needed, RETIGO holding cabinet can be
placed on a stand, set of two holding cabinets is also possible.
