Retigo Convection oven sizes

RETIGO produces convection ovens of two sizes:

HP 5 (5 trays 400 x 600mm) and HP 8 (8 trays 400 x 600mm).

The baking area for HP 5 is 1,2 m2 and 1,92 m2 for HP 8.

Any RETIGO convection oven can be placed either on a stand or on a RETIGO proofer.
