Every end user working with RETIGO convection
oven expects the final product to be baked quickly and equally.
Due to the bi-directional fan even baking is guaranteed. The electronic
control enables any user to enter required baking parameters such
as temperature, time, or humidity and save them for a future use.
If needed, precise amount of moisture can
be added into the baking chamber while oven in use. In addition,
a special baking program for frozen products is included in every
RETIGO convection oven.
