The RETIGO convection oven is an equipment
used for baking of products from either fresh or frozen dough. Any
RETIGO convection oven can be applied where pastry is produced from
a fresh dough, i.e. bakeries, supermarkets, hotels, etc.
In cases when it is necessary to prepare
fresh pastry from a frozen dough (coffee shops, tea shops, etc.)
RETIGO convection ovens can be used as well.
